This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to Pixverax at pixverax.com, operated by Pixverax LLC.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

Create or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
Engage in exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or targeted harassment
Generate content that facilitates violent crime, terrorism, or extreme gore for harmful purposes
Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or provenance/disclosure controls
Probe, scan, or attack our systems or other users
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required by law
Use the Service for spam, malware distribution, or fraud

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, report illegal activity to authorities, and preserve evidence as required by law.
