Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases on Pixverax (pixverax.com) operated by Pixverax LLC.

1. Eligibility window

Unless required otherwise by law, refund requests for eligible one-time purchases must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via billing@pixverax.com.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a service failure prevented material use.

3. Credits

Credits (including promotional and signup credits) are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law. Credits expire 12 months after issuance unless a specific lot states otherwise.

4. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback, we may suspend the account and provide the payment provider with consent records, order history, and delivery evidence.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@pixverax.com with your account email, order or invoice reference, and reason. We target an acknowledgment within 24 hours.
