Delivery Policy

Pixverax LLC delivers Pixverax services digitally via pixverax.com.

1. What is delivered

• Access to generation tools after successful authentication
• Generated image/video artifacts stored in object storage and available in your library when a task succeeds
• Account, billing, and credit balance information

2. Delivery timing

Generation tasks are usually completed within minutes but may take longer under load or provider delays. Failed tasks that consumed credits are subject to automatic credit restoration where our systems detect a non-user-caused failure (including provenance-write failures where applicable).

3. Access to outputs

Successful outputs are available for download/playback from your library for the retention period applicable to your plan (free: 30 days; paid: 12 months, unless deleted earlier).

4. No physical shipping

We do not ship physical goods. Delivery is complete when the digital output is made available in your account or when subscription entitlements are activated.
